True Radiance started with three friends who went to receive botox together at a doctors home. With coffee in hand, we sat in lawn chairs in the MD’s backyard laughing and cheering each other on as we each took turns getting our neuromodulator injections. We never realized that getting Aesthetic treatments could be so fun. We believe life is more fun together when we can encourage one another and lift each other up. On this day the seed for True Radiance Aesthetics was planted and the rest has just fallen into place.  

After doing our research we realized that many of our friends are going to botox parties in homes where the environment is not sterile, there is no doctor oversight, lighting is inadequate and the pricing doesn’t line up with quality products. At True Radiance we have created the same warm gathering environment as in someone's home, but in a professional atmosphere where you receive the best possible treatment and products with natural results. At True Radiance we create an experience with friends where you can catch up with a cup of coffee and leave looking and feeling more relaxed and less stressed.

Dr. Adam Wessman MD

Dr. Weissman is residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine. He obtained his undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Michigan. He continued his education completing his medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, and his Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Weissman has spent his medical career helping patients in Emergency Medicine. He has had extensive experience with pain management and orthopedics. Dr Adam is certified in medical Aesthetics and Anti Aging and has been specializing in Aesthetic treatments for 17 years.

Dr Kellen Tadano DDS

Dr. Kellen Tadano received her dental degree from Sao Paulo State University of Brazil in 1994. Upon relocation to California, she successfully completed the California State Dental Licensure examinations. Dr. Kellen Tadano has been practicing dentistry in Carlsbad since 1999. Dr. Tadano takes pride in the services she provides and is passionate about serving her patients with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Dr. Tadano is warm and compassionate and she goes out of her way to make her patients feel comfortable and confident. Dr. Tadano has been trained and certified by American Academy of Facial Esthetics in the latest Botox, Dermal Fillers and PDO thread treatments. Dr. Tadano focuses on TMJ and facial pain as well as dental esthetic and dental facial therapeutics.

Katy Soto RN

Katy is a native San Diegan and has been a registered nurse for over 20 years. Katy’s diverse background in medical surgical, oncology and home health has molded her into a well rounded, full spectrum nurse with years of experience. Katy’s passion for excellent patient care, comfort and safety shines through in her aesthetic nursing. Katy has been trained by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in advanced Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers and PDO thread treatments. Katy believes in providing her patients with natural, beautiful results using a combination of caring, warmth, experience, artistry and laughter.

Lisa Molnar

Lisa is the director of client experiences. She appreciates the special touches that make an event extraordinary. She received her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies at University of the Pacific. Lisa began a career in sales and marketing for a personalized decor and gift company. It was during this experience that Lisa realized that structuring an event, coordinating all of the moving parts, and making sure everyone has a memorable experience is what Lisa loves to do and that is her mission at True Radiance Aesthetics. Lisa’s goal is to curate an unforgettable experience with results that make you excited to come back to see us for your next treatment.
